Many guests wish to partake in lunch or dinner while on a harbor tour and we have the ability to serve the finest meals for up to 6 guests. You can order your food from a variety of catering companies around town but our favorite is Caviar and Bananas, The Swell Charleston and Baguette Magic. We work with them on a daily basis, they know where the boat is and will not be late, which is important not to postpone your charter. The food is always perfect and they deliver right to the boat prior to your arrival, this not only saves you time but also allows you to not worry about every little detail before the charter. If you don’t want to stress about what to bring choose Caviar and Bananas who can do it all including beverages.

Caviar & Bananas
Part restaurant, part retail, Caviar and Bananas offers an experience to excite the senses. We use only the freshest ingredients sourced locally and from around the globe and our in-house kitchen team is busily preparing our offerings daily. From seared tuna, and veal meatloaf to mac & cheese, and pecan chicken salad, our prepared foods case is always stocked with a huge array of delectable dishes perfect for lunch or dinner. We feature made-to-order salads and sandwiches – imagine prosciutto crisps and toasted hazelnuts or duck confit and housemade fig preserves as topping options. Did we mention sushi? Our in-house sushi chef prepares fresh sushi daily from the finest quality ingredients. Choose one of our chef-designed features or create your own. Visit our charcuterie and cheese counter where you will find an impressive selection of cured meats and artisanal cheeses, and specialty items such as pates, terrines, olives, truffles, and caviar. Looking for breakfast? We offer a quick breakfast for those on-the-go during the week but stick around for our made-to-order Saturday and Sunday brunch menu sure to tantalize your taste buds.

Ordering Tips
After booking your charter you should start planning what to bring. Ordering from Caviar and Bananas is easy but its best to order sooner than later. They have a busy delivery schedule so same day orders cannot be delivered and you’ll need to pick it up yourself on the way to the boat. We recommend placing your order at least 1 week prior to your charter departure if possible.

The Swell Charleston
The Swell offers the freshest fish obtainable in Charleston through its selection of local fishmongers. Fish is ordered, picked-up and prepared within 24 hours of consumption and produce is rotated seasonally and sourced from Carolina and Georgia farmers. Ordering from our menu can be done by contacting The Swell, by phone or email, up to three days prior to setting sail (within 72 hours incurs a $50 charge). If you’re looking to upgrade your day on the water ask them about having Chef come to the island for some live cooking.

The Swell is a boutique Charleston-based pop-up that celebrates the bold and colorful flavors of the sea. We value sustainable, local seafood and carefully pick all the suppliers that we work with to proudly showcase people who love what they do. Jeff Whitmore and Courtney Stredder have a combined 20+ years in hospitality and show up every day with the goal to nourish and educate people through seafood. Chef Jeff found his love for seafood while working on Nantucket and using that experience to open multiple restaurants in the New England area. He is just as big of a fan of the hole-in-the-wall clam shacks as he is of the upscale oyster bars. Courtney fell in love with hospitality by working in restaurants in Boston while pursuing her Master’s degree in Music from Berklee. She has since gone on to work for some of the best in the industry while managing world-class oyster bars.

Croissant our hearts, and hope to rye, our buttery pastries are never dry. Here at Baguette Magic our food is always fresh and high quality. We are the only, made from scratch bakery in town. We push the limits of creativity and quality to create not only memorable meals, but experiences through unique, nostalgic, fresh & high quality products.

Email us to order Baguette Magic . We recommend placing your order at least 1 week prior to your charter departure to ensure quality and timing to the dock and we have everything fresh and ready for you upon arrival. Please note we cannot take orders less than two days in advance. Happy Sailing!

Medaloni Cellars Wines
While Sailing aboard Fate or Mystique be sure to ask about our exclusive selection of Medaloni Cellars wines. We usually have a mixed selection that change seasonally keeping bottles fresh. Captain Joey Medaloni has created these fine wines at his very own vineyard in Yadkin Valley North Carolina, aptly called Medaloni Cellars. His acclaimed 20 acre vineyard not only produces wine but also hosts events, weddings and has many small cabins on the property to stay while touring the wine country.
On occasion we conduct a wine tasting onboard the motoryacht Kismet hosted by winemaker Joey Medaloni himself. These highly sought after and exclusive catered events cruise the harbor while enjoying the flavors of the Yadkin Valley and the sights of the beautiful city of Charleston, a pairing that cant be beat!
